Video interview with the production shift manager: 3 years here went by very quickly

Olga Grebniovienė joined the ranks of Vilnius Bread more than three years ago, when she came to work as the Production Shift Manager at the Panevėžys bakery.

After completing twenty years of service in the food department of the army, she dived into baking bread.

We learn from each other

"I came, I liked it, I felt at home. They received it very warmly. I liked the premises and the production itself. I've been here for more than three years now. In fact, it passed very quickly, I didn't even notice it myself. There were a lot of interesting things, there were places to learn and I don't shy away from continuing to study and I am currently studying food production technology at Vilnius University of Applied Sciences. Technology is advancing, we must move forward.

Our team has really good communication skills. We are not afraid to say something, even if the question is perhaps uncomfortable. We know how to accept criticism, we understand it. We learn from each other, we help each other, so that environment becomes so very pleasant for her," says Olga.
