We chased the winter out of the yard with a hearty kugel

In winter, we chased Mardi Gras from the yard today. And a whole bunch of colleagues contributed to its baking – some with potatoes, some with work, some with sauce.

Potatoes were provided by Stanislav Biajgo. Artiom Bučinskas started shaving them from 7 in the morning so that it would be enough for all colleagues in the office. The grating machine was brought by Tadas Gaškauskas. The HR team that prepared the graters with Jurgita Raštinienė and Rūta Žutautiene in the lead tried to make the kugel soft and fluffy.

Their kugel was baked according to this recipe from Beta's kitchen.

The accounting department, together with Kristina Špokienė and colleagues, carefully supervised the baking. And the final chord was laid by Jolita Ažusienė, who prepared a delicious sauce.

It was fun to have lunch together at the common Mardi Gras table. Now we are waiting for spring and sun!
