The team of internal coaches delved into the tools of leadership in Copenhagen

Our team of in-house coaches delved into the nuances of leadership tools in Copenhagen. Marius Juška, Jūratė Kudabaitė-Staškevičienė, Dalia Zdanovičienė and Jurga Staniukėnienė had an inspiring meeting with LM Unibake "Train the Trainer" colleagues. During the training, we analyzed 21 leadership tools, gaining new insights and experiences through collaboration.

How to achieve good results and what is the key to success?

As Jurga shared, a fun task with a bow allowed her to feel what is needed to achieve a common goal:

– Clear priorities (strategy) – Effective structure (structure and process) – Common unifying values and behaviour (culture)

Leadership tool "Core Cause"

We can all remember a situation when you seem to be solving a problem, but it keeps repeating itself.

This is where the "Core Cause" leadership tool comes to the rescue. As they say, to root out the problem. During the training, we analyzed a specific example from the bakery's daily work and looked for the underlying cause that determines the recurrence of the problem.
