Ambassadors of Vilniaus Duona values awarded

At the annual Vilniaus Duona event last week, we awarded our ambassadors of values. Open, driven, with an all-encompassing attitude – these are the values we follow in our daily work. And here are nine colleagues who, according to the heads of the company's departments, deserve the title of ambassadors of these values this year.

Ambassadors of Openness

This year, the name of the Openness Ambassadors went:

-To the raw material warehousekeeper of the Vilnius production unit Marija Senkevič 
-To the talent selection specialist of the Human Resources Department Rasa Pustalova
-To the dough-making operator of the Panevėžys production unit Sonata Masėliene

For openly sharing information at work, being open to new ideas, knowing how to give and receive feedback, and building and maintaining relationships. 

Ambassadors for a Comprehensive Approach

A holistic approach – this Ambassador Award is presented to: 

– Boris Ščuckij, production operator-transporter of the Vilnius Expedition Division
– Loader of the Panevėžys Expedition Division Gintaras Vainauskas
– Chief of the IT Department. IT specialist Anatolij Kushner. 

For sharing their knowledge and experience with colleagues, cooperating with other departments contributing to a common goal, being interested and respecting colleagues, and adhering to ethical values.

Ambassadors of Vigor

This year, the following deserved the title of Ambassadors of Courage: 

-Baker-creator of the Vilnius production unit Jurgita Žuklijienė
-Baker-creator of the Panevėžys production unit Nijolė Žukienė
-Senior Accountant of the Accounting Department Kristina Špokienė

For making effective and well-considered decisions in everyday work, setting goals and achieving them, actively initiating the necessary improvements at work and supporting colleagues in achieving their goals.
