Colleagues returned from Lantmännen sales and marketing forums in Malmö

Our colleagues Jolita Ažusienė and Aurimas Matikonis have just returned from the Lantmännen sales and marketing forums in Malmö. He spent three days working in Sweden.

🔸 At the sales forum, they reviewed the success stories of the past year and shared their experience with other countries. They were looking for ways to integrate sustainability elements into the daily life, sales, conversations with customers and partners (who also have to meet our sustainability criteria) of Lantmännen and its group companies. He emphasized sustainability as a competitive advantage.

🔸 Meanwhile, the marketing conference focused on the protection of supplier data, the newly developed digital information platform and tools for employee evaluation and motivation.

Malmö, where our group headquarters are located, is one of the three largest cities in Sweden. It beautifully combines modernity and cozy strokes of the Old Town architecture.
