It's the first sandwich bread in Lithuania baked with spelt flour. No preservatives added. Since the ancient times, spelt grains have been used without any technological processing, with the aim to preserve the best grain characteristics: a multitude of vitamins, nutrients useful to the body and total nutritional value. This bread is like a pie – soft, with a distinct nut aftertaste. Perfect for toasting, snacking with your favorite cheeses, vegetables, meat or fish products.

Ingredients:

Whole grain SPELT flour (28%), WHEAT flour, water, cooked SPELT grains (9,5%), rapeseed oil, sugar, yeast, WHEAT GLUTEN, iodized salt, BARLEY malt extract, flour treatment agent ascorbic acid.
