An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Distributors' Account Manager to join our Lantmännen Unibake team at our office in Pantelimon, Ilfov.
This is what you will do
- Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance;
- Supervise the sales teams of the local distributors, focused on specific distribution channels as HoReCa, Catering, Industrial;
- Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends;
- Achieve the sales targets by successfully managing the sales teams of our distributors;
- Implement strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence;
- Support Sales Reps with day-to-day operation;
- Create and maintain a direct strong relationship with top clients.
