Wheat flour ( FI), water, whole grain oat flour ( FI), sugar, potato flake, rapeseed oil, yeast, wheat gluten, psyllium, iodised salt, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, sodium stearol-2- lactylate, preservative sorbic acid, flour treatment agent ascorbic acid. 23 % whole grain oat of the flour and 12 % of the weight of the bread.
