Starter ”blinõ” (Russian)

120 g sour cream
1 dl chopped red onion
black pepper
200 g (whitefish) caviar
2 flatbreads (rye)
dill
 

Whip the cream ca 30 seconds, mix with 2/3 onion and flavour with pepper. Cut with knife or round form (glass?) discs (from one flatbread is possible to get 7 “blin” with 7 cm diameter).
Put the cream mix on the discs, then caviar and decorate with onion and dill.
