A sandwich with cooked veal tongue, white radish and mayonnaise / sour cream sauce

2 slices of bread TURTINGA
A few slices of cooked veal tongue
2-3 ringed radishes
1 tablespoon of fine-grated white radish
1 tablespoon of fat-free mayonnaise
1 tablespoon of sour cream
Salt and freshly ground pepper
 

Mix grated white radish with mayonnaise and sour cream and spread on a slice of bread. Layer pieces of cooked veal tongue, radishes on top and add spices. Cover everything with the second slice of bread.
