Light club sandwiches

2 slices ELA 100% multigrain bread
4 tsp Crème Bonjour garlic-fresh cheese
2 tomato slices
½ dl crushed pineapple (canned)
1 slice smoked ham (you can recommend or name some local good product)
ice-lettuce leaves

Spread fresh cheese on sandwiches. Place salad leaves, ham, tomato slices and crushed pine-apples on the sandwich. Cover with the other sandwich slice. Cut diagonally into triangular shape
