Honeyed flatbread for dip

 

2 flatbreads
25 g butter
6 tablespoons of honey
2 coffee spoons vanilla sugar

 

White chocolate dip:
100 g white chocolate
2 dl coffee cream (10-12%)
Liquidize the chopped chocolate in hot cream (but do not boil), then cool.

Strawberry dip:
200 g fresh strawberries
Mash berries to get creamy sauce

 

Mix the butter with honey and vanilla and heat a half of it on the pan. Cut flatbread into small sectors, lay them on the pan and bake, turning the sides until the liquid is sucked.
Repeat the same procedure with the second flatbread.
Cool down and serve as a sweet snack
