Warm smoked-fish triangles

2 flatbreads
100 g cold-smoked salmon (slices)
200 g mozzarella
basil
leek
Olive oil
 

Cut mozzarella into thin slices and lay half of it on the flatbread. On the next layer put salmon, flavor with herbs, the rest of mozzarella and cover with second flatbread. Heat the pan with some drops of oil, put flatbread carefully on the pan and bake until the cheese is melted. Then turn all it around and repeat it.
Ready dish cut into sectors and serve warm.
