A sandwich with fish and savory sauce

 

2 slices of bread TURTINGA
1-2 pieces of fried fish (cold or fried freshly)
2-3 rings of paprika (yellow or red)

 

For sauce:

2 tablespoons of fat-free mayonnaise
1 tablespoon of Salsa or regular ketchup (for savory lovers - some drops of Tabasco sauce)
1 teaspoon of honey
1 slice of fine-chopped garlic
A salad leaf
A parsley twig
 

 

Mix the ingredients of the sauce and spread on one slice of bread. Add a salad leaf on top, then layer fish and paprika rings. Cover everything with the second slice of bread.
