Ham lavash

ETNIA flatbread (Lavash)
200 g diced ham
100 g cured ham
2 tomatoes and small cucumbers
1 bell pepper
1 pot of lettuce
Grill seasoning
 

Dice the vegetables and tear the lettuce leaves. Grease the flatbread with garlic sauce and cover it with an even layer of lettuce leaves, vegetables and cured ham. Season to taste. Make the Lavash into a roll, cut it into serving-sized pieces and sauté them on both sides. Before serving, cut the pieces in half and decorate them with herbs.
