Country sandwich (THE SCROOGE)

3 slices of TOSTE grainy or TOSTE classical bread
3 slices of fine-cut rib
3 slices of tomato
1 egg
1 slice of onion
1 parsley twig  

Toast bread slightly in a toaster. Make holes in two slices of bread with a glass. Layer slices of pork rib, tomatoes and onion on the third one and then put the holed slices on top. Put an egg into the hole. Bake in oven of 160 oC for about 10-15 min or in a microwave with a grill for 3-4 min.

Serve with black tea with milk or a light mead - sparkling mineral water cocktail.
