A sandwich with feta cheese and vegetables

2 slices of bread TURTINGA
A slice of Feta cheese
A few slices of red onion
A few slices of cucumber
A few slices of tomato
A salad leaf
Salt and freshly ground pepper
A spoon of olive oil
 

Cover one slice of bread with the salad leaf, layer Feta cheese and slices of onion, cucumber and tomato. Coat everything with spices, sprinkle oil and put the second slice of bread on top.
