ITALIAN

2 slices of TOSTE classical bread
1 ball of Mozzarella cheese
1 small sliced tomato
Half of an orange, sliced
Salt, pepper, dried basil
1 tablespoon of olive oil  

Toast the bread slightly in a toaster.
Put torn Mozzarella cheese in layers, tomato and orange slices on one toast. Add salt and other spices, sprinkle some oil. Put the second toast on top and cut sidelong.

Serve with white wine. Also perfectly suitable to serve with mineral water.
