Tuna-shrimp sandwiches
4 slices of TURTINGA wheat bread
1 can tuna in water 200/150g
1 dl cottage cheese
½ tsp lemon juice
1 tsp chopped fresh dill
lemon pepper
green salad
1 dl shrimps
Mix tuna with cottage cheese in a smaller bowl. Add lemon juice, dill and lemon pepper. Cover toasted bread with salad leave and tuna-cottage cheese mix. Garnish with shrimps and dill.
