Roll for the fit

ETNIA flatbread (Lavash)
300 g chicken fillet
Lettuce leaves
Canned black olives
Your favourite vegetables, herbs and seasoning
Olive oil
 

Sauté the diced chicken on a frying pan, add seasoning. Prepare the flatbread – grease it with olive oil and leave it until soft. Arrange lettuce leaves, bits of chicken, diced vegetables, the herbs and olives on the Lavash. Make a roll. Fry the Lavash on a frying pan briefly on both sides.
