Mix the cheese spread well with sour cream or yoghurt (to make a solid mass), squeeze in some garlic and add some seasoning. Spread the mass on the Lavash, add thinly sliced ham or salmon, the herbs and finely diced vegetables. Make the Lavash into rolls. Refrigerate for a couple hours. Serve cut into bite-sized pieces.
