Hot salmon club-sandwich
8 slices of TURTINGA wheat bread
1 dl milk
1 egg
2 egg whites
1½ dl grated cheese
100 g cold-smoke salmon
½ dl grated cheese
Whisk egg-whites into strong mixture and mix gently the grated cheese into it. Place the salmon slices on 4 sandwich slices and drizzle grated cheese on top. Mix together milk and egg, whisk properly and turn the other bread slices quickly in the egg-milk mixture. Cover the salmon breads with soaked slices. Cover sandwich-pairs with egg-white and cheese mixture and bake in the 250°C oven ca 5 min. Cut the baked sandwiches diagonally into triangular shape.
