Sandwich with tuna (THE FISHERMAN'S SANDWICH)

2 slices of TOSTE classical light bread
Half of a tuna tin
A teaspoon of diced onion
Half of tomato cut in four slices
1 hard-boiled egg
1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
Salt and pepper

Toast bread in a toaster. Mix the other products. Spread the mix on one slice of bread and cover with the second one. Cut into small pieces.

Serve with cucumbers or potato crisps. Tastes good with black tea or semi-sweet white wine.
