AGOTOS PREMIUM bread
Bread is naturally fermented, long and carefully matured before the baking. Baked and left to cool almost for 10 hours. AGOTOS PREMIUM unique production process, lasting about 18 hours, almost the same as was old style home bread baking process.
This bread made of top quality ingredients. Big loafs of 3,6 kg give especially soft, rich flavored and a little sweet rye light bread taste.
In Lithuania sanctified AGOTOS bread would be kept with care and respected as it was believed that it protected against fire and evil and had healing powers. Even today there are people that believe in the mysterious powers of AGOTOS bread.
